Some event needs, including but not limited to tables, chairs, linens, décor items, rental equipment, catering, buffet services, music, entertainment, audio, lighting, staffing, and specialty services, may be sourced through third-party vendors, rental companies, independent contractors, or outside service providers.

If payments are made online, payment details may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our website. Payment processing may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the third-party payment provider.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and services provided by Ascent Luxury LLC. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, booking services, submitting payment, or communicating with us about event services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Ascent Luxury LLC provides event planning, event organization, event coordination, event design support, vendor coordination, rental coordination, décor planning, catering coordination, entertainment coordination, audio and lighting coordination, corporate event planning, and other event-related planning services.
Ascent Luxury LLC is primarily an event planning and coordination company. We do not represent that we personally own, stock, or directly provide all rental equipment, furniture, décor inventory, tables, chairs, linens, catering equipment, audio equipment, lighting equipment, entertainment equipment, or specialty event items. When needed, these items and services may be sourced, rented, coordinated, or arranged through third-party vendors, rental companies, independent contractors, or outside service providers.
Specific services will be listed in the client’s quote, invoice, contract, or written agreement. Services are not confirmed until the required consultation fee, deposit, signed agreement, invoice, or payment has been received and accepted by Ascent Luxury LLC.
2. Role of Ascent Luxury LLC
The client understands that Ascent Luxury LLC acts as an event planning and coordination company. Our role may include helping clients organize event details, recommend vendors, coordinate logistics, communicate with service providers, assist with design planning, manage timelines, and help bring the event vision together.
Unless specifically stated in writing, Ascent Luxury LLC does not guarantee ownership, direct operation, or direct control of third-party rental equipment, catering services, entertainment services, staffing services, venue services, audio and lighting services, or other vendor-provided services.
Any third-party vendor, rental company, caterer, entertainer, audio provider, lighting provider, decorator, or other service provider used for an event is a separate business or independent contractor responsible for their own equipment, staffing, licensing, insurance, service quality, conduct, pricing, availability, and legal compliance.
3. Pricing
Pricing depends on the size, length, location, complexity, guest count, rental needs, vendor needs, staffing needs, setup requirements, event design, travel requirements, and type of event. Any prices shown on our website, social media, advertisements, or verbal estimates are general estimates only and may change based on the final details of the event.
Additional fees may apply for travel, parking, venue requirements, extended hours, rush bookings, special equipment, rental items, vendor fees, additional staff, difficult setup access, stairs, outdoor conditions, late-night service, permit requirements, or changes made after booking.
Because some items and services may be outsourced through third-party vendors, final pricing may depend on vendor availability, vendor pricing, rental company pricing, delivery fees, setup fees, labor fees, taxes, service charges, or other third-party costs.
4. Estimates and Final Pricing
Initial estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices unless stated in writing. Final pricing may change after additional event details are provided, after vendor pricing is confirmed, or after the full scope of the event is reviewed.
A guaranteed price may be provided after a paid consultation, event review, vendor confirmation, or written agreement. Once final pricing is accepted, any changes to the event may result in additional fees.
5. Consultation Fee
A consultation fee may be required for planning meetings, quote preparation, vendor research, design planning, event walkthroughs, timeline preparation, scheduling, or other pre-event services.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. This fee compensates Ascent Luxury LLC for time, planning, communication, recommendations, research, scheduling, and professional guidance provided before the event.
Payment of a consultation fee does not guarantee event availability unless a separate deposit, agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation is completed.
If the client decides not to book services after the consultation, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
6. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve an event date or begin planning services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable because they secure the date, allow planning work to begin, and may prevent Ascent Luxury LLC from accepting other bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on the invoice, quote, or service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, delay, or suspension of services.
Ascent Luxury LLC may refuse to provide services if payment has not been received as agreed.
If third-party vendors require separate deposits, rental payments, delivery fees, cancellation fees, or final payments, the client may be responsible for those costs according to the vendor’s terms.
7. Third-Party Vendors and Rental Equipment
The client understands and agrees that Ascent Luxury LLC may outsource, coordinate, recommend, refer, or arrange third-party vendors and rental providers for event needs. This may include, but is not limited to:
Tables;
Chairs;
Linens;
Tents;
Décor items;
Floral arrangements;
Balloon décor;
Backdrops;
Catering or buffet services;
Music and entertainment;
Audio and lighting equipment;
Staging;
Photography or videography;
Staffing;
Bartending or bar service providers;
Specialty event rentals;
Other event-related services or equipment.
Ascent Luxury LLC does not guarantee that any third-party vendor will be available for a specific date, time, location, budget, or event style. Vendor availability and pricing may change.
If Ascent Luxury LLC recommends or coordinates a vendor, that recommendation is provided to support the event planning process. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client remains responsible for reviewing, approving, hiring, and paying third-party vendors.
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, equipment failures, pricing changes, licensing, insurance, quality of service, negligence, or legal compliance of third-party vendors, rental companies, contractors, or service providers.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the event, services booked, amount paid, vendor agreements, rentals ordered, materials purchased, staff scheduled, and amount of notice provided.
If a client cancels after booking, deposits and consultation fees may be forfeited. If the client reschedules, Ascent Luxury LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, but availability is not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply.
If third-party vendors have cancellation policies, restocking fees, rental fees, non-refundable deposits, or rescheduling fees, the client may be responsible for those charges.
If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.
No refund will be provided if services are interrupted, delayed, limited, or stopped due to unsafe conditions, guest misconduct, venue restrictions, weather, lack of power, lack of access, vendor delays, vendor cancellations, or client failure to provide accurate event details.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including date, time, location, venue rules, setup access, parking details, power availability, contact person, event timeline, guest count, service needs, rental needs, and any special requirements.
The client is responsible for obtaining all required permits, venue approvals, licenses, permissions, authorizations, insurance, or approvals needed for the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for guest behavior, venue compliance, alcohol-related requirements, safety, and any rules set by the event location.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all major event details, vendors, rentals, layouts, pricing, and service selections before final confirmation.
10. Venue Requirements
The client must ensure that the venue allows the requested services, including outside vendors, rental deliveries, catering, music, lighting, decorations, alcohol service, entertainment, special effects, or other event enhancements.
Some venues may restrict certain equipment, decorations, sound levels, outside vendors, alcohol, catering, delivery times, setup areas, or breakdown times.
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible if a venue refuses, limits, delays, or stops any service due to venue rules, safety concerns, permit issues, insurance requirements, vendor restrictions, or legal restrictions.
11. Alcohol Policy
Ascent Luxury LLC does not sell, provide, purchase, supply, distribute, or serve alcoholic beverages. Ascent Luxury LLC is not a liquor store, alcohol caterer, bar, or licensed alcohol provider.
If alcohol will be present at an event, the client is fully responsible for purchasing, supplying, transporting, storing, and controlling all alcoholic beverages unless using a properly licensed third-party alcohol provider.
If bartending or bar-related services are requested, Ascent Luxury LLC may help coordinate or refer third-party bartenders, licensed alcohol caterers, or bar service providers. Any bartender, alcohol caterer, or bar service provider is an independent third party and is responsible for their own licensing, permits, insurance, compliance, conduct, and service of alcohol.
Ascent Luxury LLC does not guarantee that any third-party bartender or alcohol-related vendor is properly licensed, insured, permitted, or legally authorized. The client is responsible for verifying that any bartender or alcohol-related vendor meets all legal, venue, and insurance requirements.
The client understands that alcohol service may require permits, licensed bartenders, licensed alcohol caterers, venue approval, insurance, security, or other legal requirements depending on the event location and type of event.
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible for obtaining liquor licenses, alcohol permits, bartender permits, alcohol insurance, venue alcohol approval, or any other alcohol-related authorization unless specifically agreed to in writing and legally permitted.
The client agrees that Ascent Luxury LLC is not liable for alcohol-related incidents, including but not limited to intoxication, underage drinking, over-service, fights, injuries, accidents, property damage, DUI incidents, medical emergencies, law enforcement action, permit violations, fines, penalties, venue shutdowns, or claims involving alcohol consumption.
Ascent Luxury LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, or stop services if alcohol-related behavior creates an unsafe, illegal, or disruptive environment.
12. Safety and Conduct
The client agrees to provide a safe environment for Ascent Luxury LLC staff, contractors, vendors, rental companies, equipment, guests, and service providers.
Ascent Luxury LLC reserves the right to stop services, pause services, remove staff, contact vendors, or leave the event if unsafe conditions occur, including but not limited to violence, threats, intoxicated or aggressive behavior, unsafe weather, electrical hazards, unstable surfaces, crowd control issues, illegal activity, or damage to property.
No refund will be required if services are stopped because of unsafe conditions caused by the client, guests, venue, vendors, alcohol-related behavior, or circumstances outside our control.
13. Damage to Equipment or Rental Items
The client may be financially responsible for damage, theft, loss, or destruction of rental equipment, vendor equipment, décor items, furniture, linens, audio equipment, lighting equipment, or other event property caused by the client, guests, venue staff, vendors, children, pets, weather, spilled drinks, or attendees.
If rental equipment or vendor property is damaged, the client may be responsible for replacement costs, repair costs, cleaning fees, late fees, missing item fees, or any charges imposed by the rental company or vendor.
Clients and guests should not touch, move, adjust, unplug, operate, or remove vendor equipment, rental items, décor, audio equipment, lighting equipment, or event property without permission.
14. Weather and Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client must provide a safe, dry, covered, and stable setup area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Electrical equipment, rental items, décor, catering setups, and entertainment equipment must be protected from rain, water, wind, extreme heat, dust, and unsafe conditions.
Ascent Luxury LLC, vendors, or rental providers may refuse to set up or may stop services if weather or outdoor conditions create a safety risk.
No refund will be required if services cannot be performed because of unsafe weather, lack of cover, lack of power, unsuitable setup conditions, venue restrictions, or vendor safety concerns.
15. Music, Sound, and Noise Restrictions
The client is responsible for knowing and following venue rules, city ordinances, neighborhood rules, and sound restrictions.
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible for fines, penalties, shutdowns, police involvement, venue complaints, service interruptions, or vendor limitations caused by sound restrictions, venue rules, neighbors, or law enforcement instructions.
16. Decorations, Rentals, and Event Design
Decorations, rental items, lighting, staging, backdrops, florals, balloons, special effects, or other event design elements may be subject to vendor availability, venue approval, fire code rules, safety requirements, and equipment availability.
Ascent Luxury LLC reserves the right to refuse, modify, or recommend changes to any decoration, rental, or setup that may create a safety risk, violate venue rules, violate fire safety rules, or violate legal requirements.
Final décor style, colors, layouts, and rental selections may vary based on availability, venue conditions, lighting, vendor inventory, budget, and approved event details.
17. Catering and Buffet Coordination
Ascent Luxury LLC may help coordinate catering, buffet services, food presentation, or food-related vendors. Unless specifically stated in writing, Ascent Luxury LLC does not prepare, cook, store, transport, serve, or sell food directly.
Any caterer, buffet provider, baker, bartender, food vendor, or beverage provider is an independent third party responsible for their own licensing, permits, insurance, food safety, preparation, service, staffing, pricing, and compliance.
The client is responsible for notifying caterers or food vendors of allergies, dietary restrictions, venue rules, service expectations, guest count, and any food-related requirements.
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible for food allergies, food quality, food safety issues, food illness, late food delivery, shortage of food, vendor performance, or catering-related claims involving third-party providers.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascent Luxury LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, emotional distress, event disruption, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, or reputational harm.
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, venue restrictions, guest behavior, alcohol-related incidents, weather issues, power failures, vendor delays, rental company issues, vendor cancellations, law enforcement action, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client directly to Ascent Luxury LLC for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
19. Assumption of Risk
Events may involve inherent risks, including dancing, lighting effects, sound equipment, cables, decorations, rental furniture, florals, candles, catering equipment, crowded spaces, alcohol consumption, weather, and movement around event setups.
The client understands and accepts these risks and agrees to take reasonable steps to protect guests, vendors, staff, and property.
20. Force Majeure
Ascent Luxury LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, vendor issues, rental issues, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, accidents, government restrictions, power outages, venue closures, emergencies, labor shortages, transportation issues, supply shortages, vendor cancellations, equipment failure, or acts of God.
21. Photos, Videos, and Media
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event, Ascent Luxury LLC may take photos or videos of event setups, decorations, rental items, lighting, design details, event atmosphere, and completed event spaces for promotional use, including on our website, social media, portfolio, or advertising.
We will make reasonable efforts not to use private, sensitive, or embarrassing content. Clients may request removal of specific media by contacting us.
22. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, designs, photos, videos, written content, promotional materials, planning documents, layouts, mood boards, design concepts, and business materials owned by Ascent Luxury LLC may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.
23. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Ascent Luxury LLC works hard to provide professional, organized, and memorable event planning services. However, we do not guarantee a specific guest reaction, attendance level, party outcome, event success, vendor performance, or personal satisfaction beyond the services agreed to in writing.
24. Website Information
The information on our website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. We try to keep information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that website content, pricing, availability, descriptions, vendor information, or service details are always complete, current, or error-free.
Submitting a contact form, message, or quote request does not guarantee availability or create a booking.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Nevada unless otherwise required by law.
26. Changes to These Terms
Ascent Luxury LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
